Bring something to light.


The balance of all the naked truths is goodness and for the sake of being practical, we call it the common sense. It is the state of everyone's mind which is correlated to the nature of things within us and without us. It is the sense that enlightens us for the goodness of being good. It is the understanding and for having insight, but mostly the awareness that liberates us from the shackles of religion or any other past experiences or long-held attitudes perceived as burdensome encumbrances as the emotional baggage some go about hauling around. Such is goodness in the light of a feeling of reassurance and relaxation following release from anxiety or distress.



When Goodness comes with the beneficial and nourishing element 
of food. Eating more dietary fibre is one of the best things you can 
do for your health.

- with fruit yogurt, as the days get brighter.

And share it with someone.
For 2 servings
- Fibre rich oatmeal 2 dl
- Water 4.5 dl
- Salt 5 pinches 
Mix oatmeal, water and salt in a saucepan.
Boil water and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes with stirring. 
Serve porridge with mango yogurt (Optional fresh fruit and nuts).
